Since we started American Restoration Consulting, LLC in 2017, we have been a full service restoration contractor and claims consultant for large loss insurance claims. Our specialty as a whole is keeping your building dry. Over the years we have specialized in repairing leaks of all types, especially roof leaks. So we decided to create a brand specifically for people who need help with their commercial, industrial, institutional, multi-purpose, or residential roofing issues. Especially the people who need the problem stopped fast, and don’t want to be taken through the ringer by multiple bidders pushing full replacement. Most of the time, there is a way to repair your roof, most people just dont know how to, or where to start because they struggle to find the root cause of your issue.

Because we are building envelope specialists, we can look at your exterior and your roof and anlayze the route that water is taking to show up in your leak locations, allowing us to hone in on th exact leak source. The icing on the cake, is we can fix it too at least temporarily most times before we leave that same day to inspect your problem. The fact is, most roofing issues are simple maintenance related issues that come from lack of preventative maintenance being performed. Some problems do require repair scopes and estimates to be written because nothing can be done at the initial dispatch. Our comprehensive roof reports make it easy to understand what is causing your problems, and how much its going to be to confidently fix the issue for you as the owner or property manager.
